As a member of the firm’s Appellate and Insurance Coverage practice groups, Danielle counsels and represents insurance carriers regarding claims handling and coverage issues under commercial general liability, homeowners, business owners, farm and automobile liability policies.

Danielle's practice also includes representation of carriers in coverage disputes, in policyholder litigation, and in claims arising from agent/broker errors and omissions. She has successfully represented carriers in both federal and state trials and appeals.
A Focus on Prevention Through Education
Danielle frequently facilitates continuing education workshops and seminars designed to keep claims adjusters, underwriters and the professionals who serve them up-to-date on California insurance law and best practices. As an adjunct professor of legal research and writing for the past twelve years with John F. Kennedy University and California State University, East Bay, Danielle has developed an effective model for delivering timely content to a diverse audience in an accessible format.
