Advice on Corporate Business Issues

Robin regularly counsels individual entrepreneurs and corporate clients on a broad array of business issues that arise throughout their company life cycles. He represents companies in diverse industries, ranging from wine exportation to healthcare to software and web services. Robin works closely with each client to understand their business and strategic objectives in order to structure and negotiate transactions to meet each client’s goals.

Robin’s general corporate practice includes company formation, governance and securities compliance, public and private financing transactions, both debt and equity, and mergers and acquisitions and sales of businesses. He also advises clients on commercial transactions and strategic relationships involving real estate, equipment, licensing, and employment. Robin has experience in the areas of business and complex litigation too, particularly pre-litigation strategy, and he applies this unique perspective to evaluate the risks in every transaction and ensure his clients’ interests are protected.

Well Schooled in Practical Solutions to Tax and Estate Issues
