• Unanimous defense verdict in bad faith case in San Bernardino Superior Court arising from denial of an automobile theft claim based on the policy’s fraud and misrepresentation clause
• Declaratory judgment in a bench trial in Orange County Superior Court finding no duty to defend and awarding reimbursement of defense and settlement costs to client
• Summary judgment granted in Sonoma Superior Court in bad faith case arising from UIM claim; affirmed on appeal
• Unanimous defense verdict in a federal court jury trial of a bad faith claim under a D&O policy
• Unanimous defense verdict in the Los Angeles Superior Court of a long cause insurance bad faith, fraud and unfair business practice trial arising from alleged asbestos and mold contamination following a fire
• FRCP 12(b)(6) motion granted in San Francisco Federal Court finding no duty to defend under an advertising injury policy; affirmed on appeal by the 9th Circuit
• Summary Judgment granted in the Los Angeles Superior Court and affirmed on appeal, involving a malpractice claim by an insured under a worker’s compensation policy against in-house counsel appointed by the carrier
