His clients include developers, general contractors, homeowners associations, finance companies, financial institutions, real estate professionals, and commercial landlords.

Advising California’s Residential Developers

Glenn represents and advises residential builders in the purchase, development and sale of residential developments throughout California.

Services provided include preparation of declarations of covenants, conditions and restrictions, articles of incorporation, bylaws, purchase and sale agreements, subdivision disclosures, easement, maintenance agreements, and other critical transactional documents. He also has pre-approved Master Management Documents from the California Department of Real Estate for residential development.

Expansive Real Estate Practice

Glenn’s broad real estate practice is enhanced by his representation of contractors, subcontractors, surety companies, and homeowners associations in various litigation and non-litigation matters, including lien and stop notice actions, landslide/earth movement cases, and breach of contract claims.

Construction Defect And Mechanics Liens Issues

He also has considerable experience representing parties in construction defect litigation and mechanics lien law issues. Many of his clients also rely on him to provide general counsel and advice, including builders, contractors, residential and commercial landlords, finance companies, homeowners associations and other business entities.

Adept At Dispute Resolution

Glenn’s years of experience include defense and prosecution of personal injury and property damage cases, product liability, title and boundary disputes, fraud, Truth-In-Lending violations, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act cases.
