An associate in Archer Norris’s fast-paced Los Angeles office, Nicole McLaughlin focuses on numerous areas of law including litigation, intellectual property and environmental law.

Support for Litigation Challenges

A member of the firm’s Litigation Group, Nicole helps prepare cases for trial. She provides litigation support, researching and writing motions and memoranda on many areas of law including torts and evidentiary issues. Her experience includes discovery, including interrogatories and requests for production of documents.

Before Archer Norris

Nicole participated in the 2009 Archer Norris Summer Associate Program. Prior to joining us, she was an Extern for the Honorable Valerie Baker Fairbank, United States District Court for the Central District of California. She clerked at the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office, Civil Liability Division.
