Protecting Client Interests in Litigation Matters
As a member of the Litigation group, Grace works on cases involving business, environmental law, petroleum, oil, wastewater, and contaminants issues. She also has experience working in lawsuits involving personal injury, construction defect, and products liability. In addition to her trial court experience, Grace has also argued appellate cases in the Court of Appeal.
Background in Federal and California Criminal Law
Prior to joining Archer Norris, Grace worked as a Los Angeles deputy city attorney in the criminal division. There, she handled every stage of criminal prosecution and was trained in the Academy of Justice program for deputy city attorneys. She was also a judicial extern for the United States District Court, Central District, and for the California Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Div. One. Grace worked as a law clerk for the Los Angeles Attorney’s Office in the civil litigation division and was a certified legal intern for the California Attorney General’s Office in San Diego.
