As a member of the litigation group, Kelly brings an extensive amount of experience representing construction professionals in complex civil litigation from the earliest stages of lawsuit to the point of trial.

She has successfully defended high-demand and multimillion dollar claims against a wide variety of clients in the construction industry. Her clients have included product manufacturers, specialty trade contractors, general contractors, project managers and design professionals.

Kelly has also worked with some of the largest insurance companies active in today’s market, including Zurich North America, Chartis Insurance, Arch Insurance Company, Old Republic Insurance Company, Navigators Insurance Company and Scottsdale Insurance Company, defending their insureds in construction defect and tort claims.

Pro Bono Work and Philanthropy

Prior to attending law school, Kelly worked with nonprofit organizations as an advocate for refugee populations in the legal and healthcare arenas. She continued her work with nonprofit organizations during law school, analyzing new healthcare legislation as an extern for the National Health Law Program. Kelly has since continued her efforts to aid indigent populations by volunteering with Loyola Law School’s Alumni for Others program and by assisting battered women and men through the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Domestic Violence Project.

Kelly Seelig’s representative matters include:
