Walnut Creek, CALIF., February 25, 2010 – Archer Norris announced today that Robert F. Hinton joined the firm’s Los Angeles office as a partner in its business litigation practice. Formerly a partner with Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi in Los Angeles, Robert brings 30 years of experience in handling litigation matters to the firm.

Hinton’s litigation experience includes prosecuting and/or defending national corporate and individual clients in federal class actions, complex business, consumer, real estate, copyright, medical malpractice and legal malpractice litigation. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and is an Editorial Board member of Minority Trial Lawyer for the American Bar Association’s Section of Litigation. Hinton received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1980 and received his A.B. summa cum laude from Princeton University in 1977.
