Special Counsel Brian C. Merges Joins Los Angeles Office of Archer Norris

Walnut Creek, CALIF., November 17, 2011 – Archer Norris announced today that Brian Merges joined its Los Angeles office as Special Counsel in its Insurance, Litigation, and Real Estate, Land Use and Construction groups. His practice primarily focuses on defending developers, builders, subcontractors, and project managers from claims of construction deficiencies, breach of contract, and other tort claims. He also has significant experience in litigating business disputes and defending product defect claims.
