Green joined its Los Angeles office as partner in its business, intellectual property, and commercial litigation groups. Formerly a named partner with Reeder, Lu & Green in Century City, California, Green’s practice is focused in the areas of intellectual property, franchise, real estate and commercial litigation.

In connection with his intellectual property practice, Green handles disputes concerning copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets. He also has extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate and a wide variety of corporate business issues. Green is a member of the Los Angeles and American bar associations, the International Franchise Association, and Penn State Alumni Association. He received his J.D. from University of San Diego School of Law in 2002 and his B.A. from Pennsylvania State University in 1999.
