Walnut Creek, CALIF., March 31, 2011 – Archer Norris welcomes Jean Lantz as an associate in our Los Angeles office and Mariyetta Meyers-Lopez as an associate in our Newport Beach office. Lantz will be focusing her practice on complex litigation, while Meyers-Lopez will focus on business litigation matters.

Lantz is a member of the complex litigation and trial practice, where she uses her trial experience to effectively defend her clients. She handles cases from construction matters to environmental claims. Lantz received her J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School in 2005 and her B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, cum laude, in 2000. She is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and is fluent in Spanish.

Meyers-Lopez focuses her practice on business litigation including bad faith insurance claims, real estate, errors and omissions claims, partnership disputes, and employment law. She received her J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School, cum laude, in 2006 and her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in 2002. Meyers-Lopez is a member of the State Bar of California, Labor and Employment section and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. She also speaks Spanish and is fluent in Russian.
